车前子黄芪颗粒剂治疗混合痔术后尿潴留的临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察车前子黄芪颗粒剂治疗混合痔术后尿潴留的临床疗效。方法将患者随机分为两组,治疗组采用车前子黄芪颗粒剂治疗,对照组采用癃闭舒胶囊治疗。观察两组患者的小便、症状、体征及安全性指标(血常规、肝肾功能、心电图),以评价疗效及安全性。结果治疗组疗效明显优于对照组,两组患者安全性指标治疗后均未出现异常。结论治疗混合痔术后尿潴留组车前子黄芪颗粒剂安全有效。Objective： To evaluate the clinical efficacy of the isapgol and astragali,radix drug granules on postoperative urinary retention combined hemorrhoids.Methods： 80 patients with postoperative urinary retention were divided into two groups with randomized and single-blinded method.The study group was treated with the isapgol and astragali,radix drug granules and the control group was treated with the retention of urine to unfold collocystis.The both treatment effectsand safety indexwere compared between the two groups.Results： Treatment effect in the study group was obviously better than that in the control group.Conclusion： The isapgol and astragali,radix drug granules is an better effective and safety treatment.
