二甘醇保湿剂对人群健康影响的流行病学研究

摘　　要：研究含有二甘醇保湿剂的牙膏对人群健康的影响。 [方法 ]用流行病学方法进行人群牙膏使用情况的问卷调查及尿常规和白蛋白的检测 ,并对数据进行统计分析。 [结果 ]在使用含有二甘醇牙膏和不含有二甘醇牙膏的两组人群中 ,尿样检测结果无统计学上的显著性差异。 [结论 ]二甘醇在一定浓度以下使用时 ,对人群健康的安全性是有保障的。Objective] To investigate the health effects for the population using the toothpaste with diethylene glycol.[Methods] The questionnaire investigations for the toothpaste use and urine analysis of a population were conducted.The investigated data were analyzed statistically.[Results] No significant difference was seen in the detection of urine samples between the two groups using toothpaste with and without diethylene glycol.[Conclusion] It may be suggested to ensure the health safety of population using toothpaste with diethylene glycol below the certain concentration.
