摘　　要：分析了目前各节能减排技术支持系统存在的问题,阐述了建设广东电网节能环保数据综合分析与应用系统的必要性。在充分考虑系统建设目标的基础上,对整个系统的建设方案、框架及功能需求进行了论述和设计。This paper analyzes present existing problems of energy- saving and emission reduction technology supporting sys- tem and states necessities to construct energy-saving and environmental protection data comprehensive analysis and applica- tion system for Guangdong power grid. On the basis of fully consideration of construction goal, it discusses and designs the construction scheme, framework and function requirements of the whole system.
