摘　　要：分析了非洲地区公路建设项目中黑棉土地基的形成及病害特点,并结合埃塞俄比亚高速公路工程实例具体阐述了黑棉土地基处理方案及施工控制措施,为今后海外施工企业处理同类地基提供了借鉴和参考。This paper analyzed the formation and disease characteristics of black cotton soil foundation of highway construction project in Africa, and specifically elaborated the black cotton soil foundation treatment scheme and control measures combining with Ethiopia highway practical pro- ject, and provided reference for future construction enterprises overseas to treat similar foundation.
