摘　　要：结合城市轨道交通基本特点和网络的定义及特征,归纳分析了轨道交通沿线物业的互通性、功能一体性、外部经济性和网络依赖性4个主要特征,并以重庆轨道交通线网为例进行了图示说明,为轨道交通沿线物业开发及运营模式研究提供了一定参考。Combined with the definition and characteristics of urban rail transit basic characteristics and network, inductive analysis interoperability, functional integrity, external economic and network dependent properties of rail traffic along the four main characteristics of Chongqing Rail Transit Networkthe illustrations. Provide some reference for rail traffic along the property development and operation mode.
