摘　　要：中小股东在市场经济中的重要地位不言而喻,而现实中,中小股东权益受侵害的现象却较为普遍,这一定程度上影响了经济的正常发展。因此有必要探讨中小股东权益保护的必要性,分析中小股东权益遭受侵害的原因,并在此基础上提出保护中小股东权益的几点完善意见。The important status of minority shareholders in a market economy is self-evident reality, minority shareholders rights and interests against the more common phenomenon, which to some extent affected the normal development of the economy. This article first analyzes the need for protection of interests of minority shareholders, followed by the analysis of minority shareholders interests have been violated, and last a few perfect views of the protection of the rights of minority shareholders.
