共鸣火花治疗带状疱疹46例临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨共鸣火花疗法治疗带状疱疹后神经痛的临床疗效。方法将本院收治的带状疱疹患者随机分为观察组和对照组。观察组46例,采用共鸣火花疗法;对照组46例,采用药物治疗。将两种疗法的临床疗效进行对比分析。结果2个疗程后,观察组治愈28例,显效11例,有效7例,无效0例;对照组治愈16例,显效9例,有效7,无效14。Ridit分析结果显示两组疗效比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组有效率为100%,对照组有效率为69.6%,观察组高于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组水泡干涸结痂时间、止痛时间均比对照组短,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论共鸣火花治疗带状疱疹疗效显著,值得临床广泛推广。Objective Explore the clinical efficacy of D＇arsonvalsation treatment on herpes zoster. Methods According to the different treatment, 92 herpes zoster were divide into two groups.Every group had 46 cases. One is observation group which had D＇arsonvalsation treatment.The other was control group which had drug treatment. Compaaed the efficacy between two groups. Results After two courses, 28 cases were cured ,11 cases were effective,7 cases were improved, no one was invalid in the observation group. The control group had 16 cases cured, 9 cases effective, ll cases inproved, 14 cases invalided. The effective rate of observation group was 100%, the control group was 69.6%.There wsa significant difference between two groups（P〈0.05）.The time of blisters dry scab and analgesia of observation were all shorter than the other group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion D＇arsonvalsation Treatment have a better efficacy on herpes zoster. It is worthy to wide dissemination.
