电针治疗对急性脑梗塞患者运动功能的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨电针治疗对急性脑梗死(ACI)患者肢体运动功能的影响。方法选取我院2009年6月～2011年12月所收治的60例急性脑梗死患者,随机分为治疗组与对照组,两组各30例,对照组采用药物及早期康复等常规治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上联合应用电针治疗1次/d,20 d为1疗程。疗程结束评定患者治疗前后的运动功能,并测定治疗前后健、患侧下肢主动助力运动及被动运动时主要肌肉的肌电信号所得的频域指标中位频率(MF)及平均功率频率(MPF)值。结果治疗组治疗后Fugl-Meyer下肢评分明显高于对照组,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组下肢股直肌及半腱肌的主被动运动的MPF值及被动运动的MF值与治疗前及对照组,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论电针治疗能影响肢体肌肉的表面肌电信号,促进急性脑梗塞患者运动功能的恢复。Objective The effect of electrical acupuncture on the movement functions of the limbs of the patients with acute cerebral infarction （ACI） was discussed in this paper. Methods 60 cases with ACI, who received a treatment in the First People＇s Hospital of Shunde from June 2009 to December 2011, were randomly divided into treatment group （30 cases） and control group （30 cases）; the conventional treatment such as drug and early recovery was applied in the control group, and the electrical acupuncture was combined with the conventional treatment in the treatment group. The movement functions of the patients were evaluated respectively before and after treatment, and also the MF and MPF values gained by the electromyography signals of the main muscles in the active assistant and passive movements of healthy side lower limbs were tested respectively before and after treatment. Results After the treatment, the treatment group was significantly higher than control group in the scores of Fugl Meyer lower limb, and the difference was of statistical significance （P〈0.05）; the main passive movement MPF values and passive movement MF values of lower limb rectus femoris and semitendinosus of the treatment group were significantly different （P〈0.05） from their own values before the treatment and those of the control group. Conclusion Electrical acupuncture plays an effect on the surface electromyography signals of limb muscles, and also promotes the recovery of the movement functions of the patients with acute cerebral infarction.
