摘　　要：目的探讨妇科门诊患者的护理特点及管理对策,以提高患者就诊满意度。方法对2009年6月到2009年10月期间我院妇科门诊就诊的940例患者的护理特点进行回顾性分析,通过不断完善管理对策,使患者在最短的时间内得到诊断、检查和治疗,提高工作效率。结果针对妇科门诊患者护理特点制定相应管理对策对于提高患者就诊满意度有重要意义。结论通过了解妇科门诊患者的护理特点,实施相应的管理对策,使患者的满意度大幅上升并减少了患者的投诉。Objective To analyze the gynecology clinic nurses care characteristics and management strategies, improve the patient satisfaction rate. Methods 940 cases were treated in our hospital from 2009 June to 2009 October, to explore the care features and management strategies and diagnosis, examination and treatment of patients in the shortest possible time for improving the work efficiency. Results Strengthen gynecology outpatient care in the nursing work characteristics and management responses to improve patient satisfaction with care. Conclusion By understanding the characteristics of gynecology outpatient care, the implementation of management measures, the satisfaction increased substantially and reduce the patient＇s complaints.
