摘　　要：目的了解河南省县级卫生行政部门突发公共卫生事件应急能力现状及存在的问题。方法采用整群抽样的方法,对河南省39家县级卫生行政部门进行问卷调查,从基本情况、队伍建设、培训演练、装备储备及经费等方面进行调查分析。结果收回有效问卷39份,有效应答率100%。河南省县级卫生行政部门在突发事件应急预案制订、应急队伍设置方面较好,在专门应急机构设置、应急经费、应急人员学历等方面,均存在不足。结论河南省县级卫生行政部门突发公共卫生事件应急能力有待进一步提高。Objective To know the present public health emergency response capability and problems of county health administrative institutions in He＇nan Province. Methods Chester sampling method was used. 39 health administrative institutions of the county level were investigated with questionnaires, then the results were analyzed from the aspects of fundamental state, organization construction, training and exercises, equipment reserve and financial resource. Results All 39 effective questionnaires were collected, the effective response rate was 100%. In the health administra- tive institutions of county level in He＇nan Province, the aspects of emergency plan making, emergency team setting were good, but there were still some problems in the emergency response organization setting, emergency funds, ed- ucation background of emergency personnel. Conclusion The public health emergencies response capacities of health administrative institutions of county level in He＇nan Province need to be improved.
