摘　　要：目的探讨应用内科住院患者健康教育评价表对患者满意度的影响，总结护士健康教育的成效，采取有效改进措施，加强薄弱环节的落实，从而提高患者健康教育掌握程度及护理质量。方法应用川北医学院附属医院（以下科称我院）自制内科住院患者健康教育评价表，以四个季度为单位，选取2010年10月～2011年9月380例内科住院患者进行健康教育实施的情况进行调查，并对采取相应改进措施后的效果进行评价分析。结果应用自制健康教育评价表后，患者健康教育知识掌握情况明显好转，患者及家属对护理工作满意度提高了，护士健康宣教的主动性增强、工作效率提高了，护士自身素质提高了，护患、医患纠纷、投诉发生率降低了。结论我院自制内科住院患者健康教育评价表能准确反映护士对患者健康教育的落实情况，对促进护士有效加强患者的健康教育，提高护理质量及患者对护理工作满意度起到了积极作用。Objective To analyze the effect of health education evaluation scale for medical inpatients on the satisfac- tion of patients, summarized the effectiveness of the Nurses＂ Health education, took effective improvement measures to strengthen the implementation of the weak links, so as to improve the mastery degree of health education and the qual- ity of care. Methods 380 cases of medical inpatients from October 2010 to September 2012 were selected included and used health education, the implementation were investigated by homemade health education evaluation scale for medical inpatients in the Affiliated Hospital of North Sichuan Medical College after four quarters, also investigated and analyzed the effect of corresponding improvement measures. Results After application of homemade health education evaluation scale, the patients＇ mastery degree of health education knowledge, the satisfaction of patients and their fami- lies to nursing job were improved, the health education initiative of nurses were enhanced and the work efficiency were improved, the nurses＂ own quality were improved, the incidence of nurses-patient dispute, doctor-patient dispute and complaint were decreased. Conclusion The homemade health education evaluation scale for medical inpatients in our hospital can accurately reflect the implementation of nurse-to-patient health education, to promote nurses effectively strengthen the health education of patients, and improve the quality of care and has played an active role in the pa- tients＇satisfaction on the nursing job.
