无痛胃镜下食道静脉曲张套扎术在基层医院临床护理的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨无痛胃镜下食道静脉曲张套扎术在基层医院的临床应用。方法总结重庆北部新区第一人民医院36例患者在无痛胃镜下行食道静脉曲张套扎的操作过程和护理要点。结果无痛胃镜下行食道静脉曲张套扎术在基层医院成功开展,减少患者再次出血及住院次数,减少并发症,减轻了患者的痛苦及家庭经济负担,提高患者生活质量和生存率。结论无痛胃镜下食道静脉曲张套扎术是基层医院治疗和预防食道静脉曲张破裂出血的有效方法。Objective To investigate the clinical application of painless gastroscopic esophageal variceal ligation （EVL） in primary hospitals. Methods The operation process and key points in nursing of 36 patients receiving EVL in Chongqing New North Zone Section First People＇s Hospital, were analyzed. Results EVLs were successfully carried out in primary hospitals, which reduce rebreeding, the number of hospitalizations, complications, suffering of patients and families economic burden and at the same time improve patients＇ quality of life and survival rate. Conclusion EVL is an effective method to treat and prevent bleeding of esophageal varices patients in primary hospitals.
