超声诊断左肾、输尿管重复畸形并结石一例报道

摘　　要：重复肾盂输尿管是泌尿系统最常见的畸形之一,发生率为0.5%-10%,女性2倍于男性。重复肾盂输尿管畸形通常上部体积较小,功能较差,集合系统引流不畅,从而导致积水和结石。超声能很方便地观察肾实质及集合系统,检查出双集合系统,对本病的诊断具有重要价值。Duplication of pelvis is one of the most common malformation of the urinary system with the rate 0.5% -10% and female twice the rate of men. Repeat renal pelvis and ureter deformity usually shows poor upper smaller function and weak drainage collection system, resulting in hydrops and calculus. Ultrasound can easily observe the renal parenchyma and collecting system, check out the dual collection system which has important value in the diagnosis of this disease.
