新疆石榴皮煎剂对脾虚泄泻证模型小鼠止泻作用的实验研究

摘　　要：目的观察新疆石榴皮煎剂对脾虚泄泻证模型小鼠的止泻作用。方法将昆明种幼鼠40只随机分为正常组、模型组、治疗组及对照组,每组10只。除正常组外,其余3组均采用番泻叶水浸剂灌胃致小鼠泄泻的造模方法,建立小鼠脾虚泄泻证模型,造模同时治疗组小鼠给予新疆石榴皮水煎浓缩液治疗,对照组小鼠给予思密达灌胃治疗;4组均检测小鼠T淋巴细胞计数、T淋巴细胞转化率、吞噬细胞百分比、吞噬指数以及木糖排泄率、尿淀粉酶、血红蛋白测定。结果模型组T淋巴细胞百计数、转化率、吞噬百分比和吞噬指数、木糖排泄率、尿淀粉酶、血红蛋白数值明显低于正常组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与模型组比较,治疗组及对照组上述指标明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组与对照组上述指标比较无差异(P>0.05)。结论新疆石榴皮煎剂对脾虚泄泻证模型小鼠具有健脾止泻、提高免疫力的作用。Objective To observe the effects of the XinJiang pomegranate bark Decoction on the immune di gestive and absorptive functions of rats with spleen deficiency diarrhea. Methods Kunming mice were ran domly divided into 4 groups, namely normal group, model group, treatment group and control group re spectively. Excluding normal group, other 3 groups were established the model of digestive and absorptive functions of rats with Spleen deficiency diarrhea damage with diarrhoea leaf folium sannae by gavage,meanwhile, treatment group was cured with the concentration of Xinjiang pomegranate bark Decoction and control group was cured with Smecta; T Lymphocyte, the rate of T Lymphocyte transformation, Celiac Phagocytes,Phagocytes index, Xylose excretion, Urinary amylase and Hemoglobin were measured respec- tively. Results Compared with normal group, T Lymphocyte, the rate of T Celiac Phagocytes, Phagocytes index, Xylose excretion, Urinary amylase and Lymphocyt Hemoglobi e transformation, n levels were sig- nificantly decreased in model group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈0.05）. Compared with model group, above index were significantly increased in treatment group and control group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈0.05）. It has no difference in the treatment group compared with control group （P 〉0.05）. Conclusion The XinJiang pomegranate bark play a protective role of strengthening spleen and anti-diarrhea, which effectively improve immunity and the symptoms of digestive and absorptive functions of rats with Spleen deficiency diarrhea.
