摘　　要：目的分析某站区部分工作人员出现腹泻的原因,提出相应的预防措施。方法采用卫生学调查和现场流行病学调查方法,对13名腹泻症状者排查引起腹泻的原因,采集水样并进行实验室检验。结果腹泻可能与饮用蓄水窖水有关。讨论应加强管水人员卫生知识培训,做好职工饮水卫生科普知识宣传,增强职工个人卫生防护意识,卫生监督监测部门应指导使用部门加强蓄水窖的日常管理,确保站区职工饮水卫生安全。Objective To explore the reasons for diarrhea of th preventive measures. Methods Hygienic Investigation and were used to investigate and analyze the reasons of 13 patients e station staff On-The-Spot with diarrhea and propose the Epidemiological corresponding Investigation symptom by laboratory testing results of water samples. Results Their diarrhea is likely to be related to the drinking water from the un- derground water storage pool. Conclusion We should enhance the hygiene knowledge, the propaganda of drinking water health knowledge and personal health protection consciousness of the staff. The hygiene su- pervision departments should also strengthen the management of the underground water storage pool to en sure the hygienic safety of the drinking water
