摘　　要：乙肝病毒(Hepatitis B Virus,HBV)感染是目前世界上最主要的感染性疾病之一。近年来,关于HBV基因型与疾病进程、HBeAg阳性率及HBV DNA水平相关性的研究还存在分歧。本文综合分析了2003～2011年发表的20余篇探讨HBV基因型与疾病进程、HBeAg阳性率及HBV DNA水平相关性的文献结果,其中HBV/B型感染者共1 745例,HBV/C型感染者共3 114例。结果显示,C型感染者与B型相比,更易发展为肝硬化、肝癌与重症肝炎;C型感染者HBeAg阳性率与HBV DNA水平均显著高于B型感染者。Hepatitis B Virus infection is one of the serious infective diseases in the worlde. This paper analyzed more than twenty literatures on the relationship of HBV genotype and disease proceeding, HBeAg positive rate and HBV DNA concentration in 1 745 patients infected by HBV/B and 3 114 patients infected by HBV/C, Patients infected by HBV/C were more hepatic failure.
