摘  要:目的探究与分析桡骨近端骨折术后畸形愈合对肘关节功能的影响。方法选取我院收治的桡骨近端骨折患者,对其进行经皮克氏针"三角架"结构内固定手术,选取术后畸形愈合患者与术后正常愈合患者各80例。其中,A组研究对象为桡骨近端骨折术后畸形愈合患者,作为试验组。B组研究对象为桡骨骨折术后正常愈合患者,作为对照组。在术后1年,比较两组患者前臂旋转功能及桡腕关节面的平整程度。结果 A组患者在术后1年,前臂旋转功能明显较B组受限,且桡腕关节面平整度远远低于B组,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论桡骨近端骨折术后畸形愈合使前臂旋转功能严重受限,且桡腕关节面恢复平整程度较差,明显影响肘关节功能。Objective To explore and analyse malunion's influence on elbow joint function after the radius proximal fracture surgery. Methods Chose those radius proximal fracture patients who have been accepted and treated at our hospital as study objectives,and proceeded peak's needle "tripod" structure internal fixation operation to them, then chose 80 case of these malunion patients and 80 cases of these normal healing patients after the operation. Group A's study objectives were those malunion patients who have experienced radius proximal fracture surgery,namely experimental group,while group B's study objectives were those normal healing patients who have also experienced radius proximal fracture surgery, namely control group. Compared these two groups" patients" forearm rotation function and the flatness of radiocarpal joint surface after one year of operation. Results After one year of the operation, group A's patients" forearm rotation function was limited when compared with group B's, whafs more,the flatness of radiocarpal joint surface was far inferior to group B's, P^0.05, and it has statistics meaning. Conclusions Malunion which occurred after radius proximal fracture surgery made forearm rotation function seriously limited,and radiocarpal joint surface recovered extremely rugged,it influenced elbow joint functions.
