摘　　要：人巨细胞病毒(Human cytomegalovirus,HCMV)是常见的机会性感染病毒,在健康人群中不致病,但机体免疫系统下降时可导致严重的HCMV疾病。目前研究多集中于新生儿和器官移植病人的研究,少有血液疾病HCMV感染的报道。本研究集中于7种血液疾病42例患者,检测其体内抗HCMV-IgG和IgM抗体滴度。结果表明在3种血液肿瘤(急性淋巴细胞白血病、慢性淋巴细胞白血病、慢性粒细胞白血病)中抗体滴度最高,而在其余4种非肿瘤血液疾病中抗体滴度相对较低,表明血液肿瘤对免疫系统的损害高于非肿瘤血液疾病。Human cytomegalovirus（HCMV） is a common opportunistic pathogen. HCMV is asymptomatic in common persons and could reactive in immunosuppression groups. Current researches focus on newborn babies and organ transplantation patients. A few results have been reported about the HCMV infection status in different blood diseases. In this study, anti HCMV IgG and IgM antibody titers of 42 clinical samples from seven different blood diseases, including Aplastic Anemia （AA）, Myelodysplastic Syndrome （MDS）, Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia （ CLL）, Acute Lymphoblastic I.eukemia （ ALL）, Chronic Myeloid Leukemia （ CML ）, Iron Deficiency Anemia （IDA） and Pancytopenia（PA） were detected. The results showed that IgC- and IgM titers were higher in three blood tumors （ALL,CLL and CML） than in other non tumor blood diseases（AA, MDS,IDA and PA）. Our study demonstrated that immune function was more seriously damaged in blood tumor diseases than in non tumor blood diseases.
