四明内家拳文化发展现状和对策研究

摘　　要：四明内家拳作为一项传统体育运动,其产生与发展有一定的规律。通过对四明内家拳发展现状的调查与分析,发现其发展模式、教学方法、运动宗旨等诸方面存在问题,从而提出相对应的解决办法,旨在促进四明内家拳运动快速健康发展,同时也为其它传统体育运动的普及发展提供参考。As a traditional sport, there must be some rules in the emergence and development of Siming Neijiaquan. Based on the investigation and analysis on present development of Siming Neijiaquan, this paper presents some problems in the developing mode, teaching method and sport principle and puts forward corresponding solution measures so as to promote the rapid and healthy development of Siming Neijiaquan and to provide reference for the popularity and development of other traditional sports.
