摘　　要：麋鹿具有季节性脱毛的特点,冬毛脱落的时间在3～5月,而后长出较为短而稀疏的夏毛;冬毛长出的时间在10～11月,此时夏毛脱落,长出浓密的冬毛。2012年7月该园1只成年雄性麋鹿出现非季节性的全身脱毛症状。实验室检查结果表明血液常规正常:血液临床生化分析正常;血液微量元素测定正常,血液激素测定正常,毛皮屑真菌培养正常。在没有进行治疗的情况下,1个月后动物自行痊愈。综合分析该病例的发生可能与季节变化、个体之间差异等因素有关。麋鹿非季节性脱毛相关研究尚属首次,本研究旨在为麋鹿相关研究提供参考。Pete David＇s deer （Elaphurus davidianus） is endangered in China. Winter hair loss occurs in March to May, after which deer grow short and thin summer hair. In October to November, summer hair is lost, and short, dense winter hair is grown. In July 2012 an adult male deer in Liugong Island National Forest Park showed systemic non - seasonal moulting symp- toms. All laboratory test results were normal （ blood routine, blood clinical biochemical analysis, blood trace element determi- nation, blood hormone determination, and dandruff fungal culture ）. The deer recovered after about a month without treatment. This unusual moulting schedule might have been connected with season change, and individual differences and so on. In Chi- na, this is the first research on non -seasonal moulting of Pere David＇s deer, the purpose of this study is to provide a reference for future research.
