摘  要:应用无料钟多环布料数学模型对某高炉布料后料面进行模拟,寻求中心开放较平坦的凸台型料面。研究发现,在小角度差条件下布料,很难形成平坦的凸台型料面;只有在大角度差、大环位环数差条件下布料,才有可能得到近似平坦的凸台型料面。增加边缘矿石量和中心焦炭量以及在减少布矿溜槽倾角和增加布焦溜槽倾角的混合布料时,提高料线或增加矿石批重均可实现中心开放较平坦的凸台型料面。同时还发现,调整布料参数时,有时也有无规律现象发生。Using the bell-less rings charging mathematical model,the charge level was simulated to explore the flat boss type of burden profile with relative open center.The results show that it is difficult to form a flat boss type burden profile under the small angle difference,and it is possible to obtain the flat boss type of burden profile under the large angle difference and large charging angle.The flat boss type of charge level can be obtained in the following situations: increasing the amount of ore in edge,increasing the amount of coke in center,reducing the ore angle of chute,increasing the coke angle of chute,improving the stockline or ore batch weight.Additionally,no law phenomenon is also possible through adjusting the charging parameters.
