摘  要:对失效后的H13芯棒进行SEM、金相及力学性能分析,并与未经使用的相同热处理工艺的H13芯棒进行对比。结果表明:主要有2种裂纹(热疲劳裂纹及机械磨损裂纹)导致芯棒失效,并且有基体氧化伴随着裂纹的产生;失效芯棒边部碳化物粗化,马氏体回复,硬度降低,且越靠近表面,硬度降低越明显;强度降低是芯棒1表面过早出现热裂纹的主要原因,而韧性不足是机械磨损裂纹深度较大的重要原因。Analysis of SEM,metallography and mechanical property was established based on the failed and unused H13 mandrels with the same heat treatment process.The results show that the failure of mandrel is mainly caused by two kinds of cracks(heat checking and mechanical wear crack),and matrix oxidation can be seen with the development of cracks.The carbides coarsening,recovery of martensite and reduction of hardness can be found on the edge of failed mandrel,and the more close to the surface,hardness decreases more obviously.The reduction of hardness and strength is the main reason of the early appearance of heat checking on the surface of No.1 mandrel,while toughness shortage seriously cause deep mechanical wear crack.
