摘　　要：探讨在产学研联盟合作研发背景下,处于不同治理结构的联盟双方对研发项目的选择问题。合作研发成果受到联盟治理结构、研发项目类型以及信息不完全时双方投入的影响,而研究目标不一致可能会导致伙伴合作冲突。研究表明,当未知投入对研发成果影响较为重要时,或者项目分歧损害伙伴利益时,合作研发项目会偏离理想情况(完全信息),且单方治理的产学研联盟预期总收益要小于共同治理结构。Under the background of cooperation RD in industry-university-research alliance,the paper discusses RD project selection problem of alliance members in different governance structures.Cooperation RD achievements are influenced by alliance governance structures,RD project type and incomplete information,while divergence in research goals may create conflicts between partners.Research suggests that cooperation RD project fall away from the ideal situation （complete information） when the unknown inputs are more important on RD achievements,or project divergences do harm to partners;And the total expected return in decentralized structure are smaller than centralized structure.
