长秀霖联合阿卡波糖治疗门冬胰岛素30控制血糖欠佳的2型糖尿病效果观察

摘　　要：【目的】观察长秀霖加阿卡波糖治疗预混胰岛素类似物血糖控制不佳的2型糖尿病（T2DM）患者的有效性、安全性。【方法】本院60例使用门冬胰岛素30注射液效果欠佳的T2DM患者改用睡前长秀霖加餐时阿卡波糖治疗。记录调整治疗前，治疗后1个月，3个月，6个月空腹血糖（FPG），餐后2小时血糖（2hPG），糖化血红蛋白（HbAlc），体重，体重指数（BMI），胰岛素剂量，低血糖事件等。【结果】治疗6个月后，两组FBG，2hPG，HBAlC，胰岛素剂量较前均明显下降（P〈0．05）。且长秀霖加阿卡波糖低血糖发生率低，并无夜间低血糖事件。【结论】长秀霖加阿卡波糖治疗门冬胰岛素30控制血糖欠佳的2型糖尿病患者，血糖控制良好，低血糖发生率低。[Objective] To observe the effectiveness and safety of recombinant insulin glargine injection combined with aearbose for the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus（T2DM） patients with poor glucose control by using premixed insulin analogues. [Methods]Sixty T2DM patients with poor effect by using insulin aspart 30 in our hospital changed to receive bedtime recombinant insulin glargine injection combined with meal acarbose. Fasting blood glucose （FPG）, postprandial 2h blood glucose（2hPG）, glyeosylated hemoglobin（HBAIC）, body weight, body mass index （BMI）, insulin dosage and hypoglyeemic events before and 1, 3 and 6 months after treatment were recorded. IRe- sults]Compared with before treatment, FBG, 2hPG, HBA1C and insulin dosage in two groups 6 months after treat- ment decreased significantly（P〈0.05）. And the incidence of hypoglycemia in patients treated by recombinant insulin glargine injection combined with acarbose was low, and had no hypoglycemic event. [Conclusion] Recombinant insu- lin glargine injection combined with acarbose for the treatment of T2DM patients with poor glucose control by using insulin aspart 30 has good blood glucose control and low incidence of hypoglycemia.
