α-硫辛酸联合甲钴胺治疗2型糖尿病周围神经病变疗效观察

摘　　要：【目的】评价a-硫辛酸联合甲钴胺对糖尿病周围神经病变（DPN）的疗效。【方法】40例DPN的患者，予以a-硫辛酸600mg加250mI，生理盐水中静脉点滴，1次／日，甲钴铵1000ug，加100mL生理盐水中静脉点滴，1次／日，连续3周。观察临床症状体征变化、神经传导速度（NCV）以及空腹血糖、血尿常规和肝肾功能等。【结果】治疗后，患者神经系统症状及体征变化均有明显好转，神经传导速度与治疗前相比均有显著改善（P〈0．01）。血糖、肝肾功能、血尿常规与治疗前比较差异无显著性（P〉O．05）。【结论】旷硫辛酸联合甲钴胺是治疗DPN安全、有效。[Objective] To evaluate the efficacy of alpha-lipoic acid combined with mecobalamin for the treatment of type 2 diabetic perineuropathy（DPN）. [Methods] Forty DPN patients were given alpha-lipoic acid 0.6g plus 250ml normal saline and mecobalamin 1000ug plus 100ml normal saline once a day by intrave- nous drip. The treatment fasted for 3 weeks. The changes of symptoms and signs, nerve conductive velocity （NCV）, fasting plasma glucose, blood and urine normal examination and hepatic and renal function were ob- served. [Results] After treatment, the changes of symptoms and signs of nerve system were obviously im- proved. Compared with before treatment, NCV after treatment were obviously improved（ P 〈0. 010）. There was no significant difference in blood sugar, hepatic and renal function, blood and urine normal examination between before and after treatment（ P 〉0.05）. [Conclusion] Alpha-lipoic acid combined with mecobalamin for the treatment of NPD is safe and effective.
