酒泉市结核病防治效果分析及工作模式与思路探讨

摘　　要：目的在总结酒泉市世行贷款/英国赠款结核病控制项目(卫Ⅹ项目)取得防治效果的基础上,对工作中存在的困难和问题进行分析,探讨适合全市结核病防治工作新的思路与模式,不断提高综合防控能力。方法收集酒泉市2002-2010年"中国结核病控制工作月报表、季报表"及结核病信息管理系统资料进行统计分析。结果 9年中共登记肺结核病可疑症状者30075例,初诊患者痰检率由2002年的34.4%上升到2010年的98.6%,发现活动性肺结核病人8465例,其中涂阳患者4039例(初治3307例,复治732例),初治涂阳患者治愈率平均为91.5%,复治涂阳患者治愈率平均为86.9%。2004-2010年全市非结防机构实际报告病人数9211例,转诊5964例,转诊率为64.7%,转诊到位3909例,转诊到位率为42.4%;结防机构实施追踪4192例,追踪率为79.1%;追踪到位2636例,追踪到位率为62.9%;总体到位率为71.1%。结论酒泉市通过大力实施世行贷款/英国赠款结核病控制项目,对全市结核病防治规划目标的实现起到了极大的推进作用,防治工作成效显著。随着工作的不断深入,在如何降低结核病人费用、促进病人的发现和管理,加强耐药监测,提高总体到位率等工作模式转变方面需要进一步探讨。OBJECTIVE In tallying up the Jiuquan City a life time goes a loan/England present a style of tuberculosis control item（the item of X ） obtaining of prevention and cure effect foundation, carry on analysis to the existent difficulty and the problem in the work, the study suits new way of thinking of the whole city tuberculosis preventing and curing and mode, continuously raise comprehensive defend the ability of controling. METHODS Collect the Jiuquan City 2002-2010 years ＂Chinese the tuberculosis eontroling monthly bulletin form, quarter statement＂ and tuberculosis information manage system data to carry on a statistics analysis. RESULTS 9 totally register a suspicious symptom of tuberculosis in the middle of the year 30 075, the beginning diagnoses sufferer＇s phlegm check to lead 98.6% of rising to from 34.4% in 2002--2010, discovering the person of movable sex tuberculosis is 8 465, among them, Tu Yang＇s sufferer is 4 039（the beginning cures 3 307 and reply to cure 732）, and the beginning cures average 91.5% of Tu Yang＇s sufferer＇s cure rate and replies to cure average 86.9% of Tu Yang＇s sufferer＇s cure rate. 2004--2010 whole cities not knot defend organization to physically report patient＇s 9 211, turn to diagnose 5 964, turn to diagnose to lead 64.7%, turn to diagnose good enough 3 909, turn to diagnose good enough lead 42.4%.
