基于科技论文质量的高校学术影响力分析——以西北农林科技大学为例

摘　　要：对2006年-2010年SCIE、EI、CPCI-S和CSTPCD数据库收录的西北农林科技大学科技论文的篇数、被引次数以及在中国大陆高校排名情况进行了统计分析。结果表明,近5年,学校科技论文产出能力不断增强,论文质量及学术影响力迅速上升。其中,2006年-2010年国内论文产量呈平稳波动变化趋势,2010年的论文产量、被引频次及高校排名均略有下降;2006年-2010年国际论文产量迅速增长,尤其是SCI论文表现尤为突出,2010年SCI论文产量、被引篇数、被引频次及高校排名显著上升,但论文的被引篇数、被引次数仍较低,"表现不俗"论文数量也低于全国水平,论文质量水平仍需不断提高。This paper statistically analyzes the total quantity,cited times and its ranking in the Chinese mainland universities of scientific papers published by Northwest AF University and collected by SCIE,EI,CPCI—S and CSTPCD database from 2006 to 2010.The results showed that the scientific papers quantity has increased continuously in Northwest AF University,also papers quality and academic impact has raised rapidly in recent 5 years.There has be a smooth fluctuated trend in domestic paper production from 2006 to 2010,and papers production,cited times,and university rank has a slight decrease in 2010.However,international papers production,especially SCI papers increased rapidly from 2006 to 2010,although SCI papers production,cited numbers and times,university rank has increased remarkably,but papers cited numbers and times still at a low level in 2010,moreover,the number of high quality papers is lower than national level also.So SCI papers academic impact of Northwest A F University is weak presently,it is necessary to improve papers quality constantly.
