卡前列素氨丁三醇治疗宫缩乏力性产后出血的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨卡前列素氨丁三醇用于治疗宫缩乏力性产后出血的疗效。加深对产后出血的认识,降低孕产妇的死亡率。方法:以我院引进强力宫缩药物-卡前列素氨丁三醇的时间为界。之前我院分娩的2276例产妇中发生产后出血的114例为对照组,之后分娩的2258例中发生产后出血的114例为观察组。比较卡前列素氨丁三醇对产后出血发生率、出血量、子宫切除率及产后出血相关并发症发生率等影响。结果:预防应用卡前列素氨丁三醇和积极有效的抢救流程明显降低了产后出血患者的出血量及子宫切除率。结论:卡前列素氨丁三醇预防产后出血,出血量明显减少,取得非常令人满意的效果,显著减少了并发症的发生,值得临床应用。Objective： Discussion of CarboprostTromethamine Injection for the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage due to uterineatony effect.To deepen the understanding of postpartum hemorrhage,reducing maternal mortality. Methods： In my Institute for the introduction of strong contraction drugs - Carboprost Tromethamine Injection for world time.Before I hospital childbirth 2276 cases of maternal postpartum hemorrhage in 114 cases as control group, after childbirth in 2258 cases of postpartum hemorrhage in 114 cases for the treatment group. Comparison of Carboprost Tromethamine Injection on the rate of postpartum hemorrhage, bleeding volume, the rate of hysterectomy postpartum hemorrhage and the incidence of complications associated with impact. Results：Preventive application of Carboprost Tromethamine Injection and effective salvage process significantly reduces postpartum hemorrhage volume and the rate of hysterectomy. Concolution：Carboprost Tromethamlne Injection prevention of postpartum hemorrhage,bleeding decreased significantly,achieved very satisfactory results, significantly reduce the occurrence of complications, worthy of clinical application.
