摘　　要：单经双纬织物是单根经纱与2根纬纱交织成的平纹织物,2根纬纱并列突出于布面,呈现横向条纹,具有粗犷自然的风格。加工过程中由于两根纬纱的强力、张力不可能完全相同,在织造时,会出现断一根纬纱的现象,在布面上形成连续的纬缩,严重影响双纬布的外观效应,文中给出了解决方案。This fiat fabric characteristic of single warp and double weft interlaced with 2 weft yarns on the fabric surface is of a natual and wide style. Due to the fact that the 2 weft yarns may not completely be the same in strength and tension, one weft yarn broken happens when the weft flying the reed, which forms weft shrinkage and damages the fabric apparance. This paper gives the solutions of the above problems.
