摘  要:针对兔毛针织面料在服用过程中起毛起球现象严重的问题,采用牛奶蛋白接枝交联技术对兔毛针织物进行整理,利用扫描电子显微镜观察了整理后兔毛针织物中的兔毛纤维和纱线的表面状况,结合圆轨迹法、单位面积毛球个数及单位面积毛球称量法测试了整理后兔毛针织物的抗起毛起球性能。研究表明:经过处理后蛋白质能够明显地接枝在兔毛表面,使纤维表面变粗糙,接枝交联技术能够明显提高兔毛针织物的抗起毛起球等级。The rabbit hair knitted fabric has serious fuzzing and pilling problem in normal use. In this paper, the milk protein grafting and cross-linking technique is conducted on the rabbit hair knitted fabric for the pilling resistance. Surface appearances of the rabbit hair fiber and yarn of the finished rabbit hair knitted fabric were observed by using SEM. And the fabric' s pilling resistance was tested by using the method of circular locus and weighing and counting the number of hair bulb on unit area. Research result shows that the fiber' s surface becomes rougher due to the significant protein grafted after the treatment. The milk protein grafting and cross-linking technology can effectively improve the pilling resistance level of the fabric.
