摘　　要：在其他工艺条件相同的情况下,对绒坯进行正、反方向割绒,并进行刷毛、烧毛、漂白、染色等工艺处理,探讨割绒方向对割绒效果及染色效果的影响。结果表明:割绒方向影响割绒后织物表面纤维分布状态,经染色加工后,造成最终成品的绒条品质和色泽度有所不同。割绒时应采取正割方式,绒条清晰直立,漂染效果好。Uunder the same process conditions, the gray goods of corduroy was cut in forward and reverse-directions, and the effect oi its cutting direction on its cutting and dyeing effectivity was studied after brushed, singed, bleached and dyed. The result shows that the fiber distribution on fabric surface is affected by the cutting direction which causes corduroy quality and color degrees different after dying. The forward-cut should be taken in the cutting process to keep the piles clear and vertical as well as a better bleaching and dyeing.
