摘　　要：以纯棉纱和涤纶高收缩丝为原料,采用双层组织,设计开发了适用于服用及装饰用的表里换层条格起皱织物。通过试织研究了纯棉纱线与涤纶高收缩丝的排列比、织造工艺和后整理工艺,确定了织物的规格参数。测试了织物的各项服用性能,测试结果表明,设计开发的表里换层条格起皱织物完全能满足服用及装饰用织物的要求。A thread interchanging check wrinkle fabric mainly used for garment and deeoratives is designed as double layer weave by using cotton yarn and high-shrinkage polyester filament yarn as material. The arrangement ratio of the cotton yarn and high-shrinkage polyester filament yarn, its weaving process and after treatment process are analyzed to determine the fabric specifications. Various performances of the fabric are tested with the result showing that the fabric meets the performance requirements for garment and decoratives.
