摘  要:采用丛式井组套管阴极保护工艺技术对套管钢质进行保护,延缓套管外腐蚀速度,延长了油水井套管使用寿命。针对目前丛式井组套管阴极保护存在的一些问题,如阳极井故障后维护难度大、不能更换辅助阳极、设备运行不能实时监控等,采油三厂进行了可抽芯阳极井技术和阴极保护系统远程监控技术的研究与试验,降低了重建阳极井的成本、实现在线监控阴极保护系统运行,初步取得了较好的效果。The casing cathodic protection technology in cluster well can protect the casing steel, delay the corrosion speed of external casing, extend the using time of casing. There are some problems in the cluster wells casing cathodic protection, such as the more maintenance difficulty in fault anode wells, cannot replace the auxiliary anode, not real-time monitoring equipment operation. The third oil production plant testing and applying the technology of the anode core which can be pumped wells and remote monitoring of cathodic protection sys- tems, reducing the cost of rebuilding the anode well, real-time monitoring of cathodic pro- tection systems run, initially has achieved good results.
