摘  要:牛圈湖油田西山窑油藏具有低孔、特低渗以及低温、低压特征,单井自然产能极低,绝大多数油井都需经过压裂改造才能获得高产。根据油藏特征,分析了压裂改造技术的难点:压裂液破胶返排困难、要求裂缝高导流能力及适当控制缝高延伸。针对上述难题,研究开发了低聚物压裂液体系,体系具有耐温、耐剪切性能好、残渣含量低、地层伤害小、现场配制方便、摩阻低、成本低等性能优点。该液体体系应用于牛圈湖油田,增产效果显著,取得了较好的经济效益,为同类油藏的开发提供了强有力的技术保障。The J2x oill reservoir in Niujuanhu oil field has the characteristics of low porosity, extra low percolation ,low temperature and low pressure, which leads to very low natural pro- duction, so most of the oil wells can obtain high production by fracturing stimulation .The main difficulties of fracturing stimulation is that fracturing fluid fails to break glue abruptly, the formation is short of power of fracturing fluid for flowback and requires high fracture conductivity as well as controls fracture height properly. Deal with key problems that have been investigated to form the system of low polymer fracturing fluid, the advantages of which have temperature resistance and shear resistance and low residue content and low formation damage and low friction resistance and low cost.The applications of which show that the tech- nologies are able to greatly enhance oil production in Niuquanhu oil field and provide eco- nomic efficient technical measures for the similar oil reservoir in low permeability formation.
