福鼎芋疫霉菌产毒培养条件的筛选

摘　　要：从具有典型病斑的福鼎芋叶片上分离得到芋疫病病菌(Phytophthora colocasiae Racib),对该病菌的菌丝生长及其产毒条件进行了初步研究。结果表明,V8果蔬培养基最适合疫霉菌生长。V8果蔬培养基在pH值为6.0,25℃光暗交替条件下连续振荡培养20 d产生的粗毒素毒性最强。In order to screen the optimum conditions of toxin production of Phytophthora colocasiae Racib, the pathogen was isolated from typical spots of Fuding Taro leaves. The conditions of phytotoxin-producing capability was studied. Results showed that the optimal conditions were improved as： Vs liquid medium, cultured period 20 days, 25 ℃, pH 6.0, alternation of light and darkness every 12 hours, continuous shaking.
