摘 要:国内裂解汽油加氢装置一段加氢催化剂主要有贵金属钯基催化剂和非贵金属镍基催化剂两种。由于近年国内部分厂家裂解汽油性质恶化,催化剂加氢负荷提高,杂质含量增高,造成钯基催化剂适应性不足,镍系催化剂应用日趋广泛,市场规模迅速扩大。中国石油兰州化工研究中心成功研制的新型镍基裂解汽油一段选择性加氢催化剂LY-2008,通过添加助剂消除传统催化剂中的镍铝尖晶石结构,从而弱化了活性组分Ni的吸附性能,提高了催化剂的加氢选择性。该催化剂用于中间馏分和全馏分裂解汽油的一段加氢,具有高选择性、良好的加氢活性、较强的稳定性能及操作平稳等特点,拥有较好的推广前景。There are two main catalysts for 1st pyrolysis gasoline hydrogenation in China-the noble metal Pd-based catalyst and the non-noble metal Ni-based catalyst. Application of Ni-based catalyst has become wider and wider with a rapid market expansion, because the property of pyrolysis gasoline is deteriorating at some of the domestic refineries with the content of impurities increased and the adaptability of Pd-based catalyst lowered. PetroChina Lanzhou Petrochemical Research Institute has successfully developed the new-type LY-2008 Ni-based catalyst for 1st pyrolysis gasoline selective hydrogenation. Use of additives eliminates the nickel-aluminum spinel structure in the traditional catalyst, thus weakening the function for absorption of active component of nicle and improving the hydrogenation selectiveness of catalyst. This catalyst is used for intermediate distillate and all distillate for 1st pyrolysis gasoline hydrogenation. It has a promising prospect for promotion thanks to its high selectiveness, good hydrogenation activity and strong stability.
