摘 要:随着对大跨度空间的不断拓展利用,急需一种既能满足一定承载力要求又可进行快速构建的空间结构技术.本文提出的组合272面体半球面空间网架结构,其组件仅包括3种杆和5种节点,只需人工在小型机械配合作业下即可迅速完成结构的构建,组件类型较少,工程适应性强.针对6m跨度的该结构进行现场组装和静载试验,安装作业中,四名熟练工人在使用三台10t千斤顶配合下可在3h内完成构建;静载试验显示,结构整体稳定性好,具有较强承受分布式大荷载的能力,但各杆件因部位不同而应力差别较大,需在设计中进一步优化.With the expanding needs of large-span space, the technology that quickly building space frame with certain carrying capacity is urgently needful. In this paper, the space net frame based on combinatorial polyhedron with 272-surfaces has been presented. The types of their components are less, including only three kinds of rods and five kinds of nodes. By manual operation, it can be constructed quickly. So this technology has widely adaptability. The static loading tests show that the structure has well stability and strong bear capacity under distributed load. It can decrease the deformation through adjusting its rod. So the strength and deformation characteristics of the structure are superior to that of most other space structure. Since the stress of rod in different part has great difference, the structure of rods and nodes can be designed by optimization analysis.
