摘 要:首先对ETFE薄膜进行了单向拉伸试验,由应力-应变曲线计算力学参数:屈服强度、屈服应变、切线弹性模量和割线弹性模量.采用两种环氧树脂1∶1质量比制备胶黏剂,实现应变片与ETFE粘结协同,然后对其标定.研制了由荷载模拟、ETFE气枕、压力控制系统和测量系统组成的试验系统.成功地进行了风压、风吸正常承载力试验和极限承载力试验,应用三维扫描仪实现ETFE气枕形态无接触测量,并与数值分析结果进行了对比.本文成果对ETFE气枕设计具有参考价值.At first, series of uniaxial tensile tests were conducted for ETFE foil specimen, and the mechanical property parameters were calculated from the stress-strain curve, including the yield strength, the yield strain, the tangent and the secant Young's modulus. A particular glue was made of two epoxy with volume fraction 1: 1, as make the strain gauge glued on ETFE surface together, and the composite gauge was calibrated. The advanced experiment set-up was designed and developed, which mainly consists of loading simulation, ETFE cushion, pneumatic control and measure system. The experiments have been carried out successfully for ETFE cushion with wind pressure and wind suck at normal service state and limit state. The geometry form were measured un-contactly through 3D scanner. The experimental results were compared and verified with numerical results. The presented work is valuable to design of ETFE cushion.
