摘  要:通过对北方粳稻8个品种及44不完全双列杂交F1的愈伤诱导率、绿苗分化率和花药培养力及相应的配合力的分析,为北方粳稻花培育种的亲本选配提供参考。研究结果表明:(1)不同基因型的愈伤诱导率、绿苗分化率和花药培养力有明显差异,杂种F1的愈伤诱导率、绿苗分化率和花药培养力介于双亲之间而偏向母本。(2)不同亲本的一般配合力以及不同组合的特殊配合力存在明显差异,愈伤诱导率、绿苗分化率和花药培养力的遗传主要由核基因控制的,存在基因的加性和非加性效应。This study analyzed callus induction rate, green seedling differentiation rate, anther culture ability and corresponding combining ability of north japonica rice, including 8 cultivars and 16 hybrids F1 of incom- plete diallel cross,providing reference for parental hybridization of the north japonica rice anther culture. The results show that : ( 1 ) callus induction rate, green seedling differentiation rate and anther culture ability appeared to be significant difference among different genotypes, and above traits of hybrids Fl were among parents and deviation to maternal. (2) General combining ability of different parents and special combining ability of different combinations appeared to be obvious difference, the genetic of callus induction rate, green seedling differentiation rate and anther culture ability was mainly dominated by nuclear gene,had great additive effects and non-additive effects.
