摘　　要：施工索赔管理是工程项目管理的重要内容,索赔事件的发生主要是合同当事人一方因主观或者客观的原因违反合同的规定,造成对方损害,受损方因此向违约方提出赔偿要求。文中从索赔产生的原因、索赔成立的基本条件、风险责任划分及索赔额计算方法等方面简要分析介绍了引黄北干线工程施工索赔处理的过程。The management of construction claim is the important content of project management.The causes that claim events happen mainly are that one party of signing construction contract violates the contract provision out of subjective or objective causes,and produces harm on the another party.Therefore the harmed party presents claim demand to the contract-violating party.The paper briefly analyzes and introduces the process to treat construction claim in Wanjiazhai Yellow River Diversion North Main Line Project form following aspects： cause of producing claim,basic condition of acknowledging claim,dividing risk duty,method to calculate the claim amout,etc.
