摘 要:研究了普通SO3膜式磺化器磺化重烷基苯的工艺 .结果表明 ,SO3/重烷基苯摩尔比、反应温度以及SO3平均体积分数 (气浓 )是影响磺化率的主要因素 :磺酸中和值与磺化率线性相关 ,可作为磺化反应的控制指标 .通过分析未磺化物的成分及其与磺化工艺的关系 ,研究了进一步提高磺化率的可能性及其措施 .深度磺化 (SO3/重烷基苯摩尔比为 1.1~ 1.2 )可以获得较为理想的磺化率 ( 75%左右 ) ,但易导致副反应 ,而通过加入稀释剂则在较低的磺化深度下即可使磺化率提高到80 % .The sulfonation technology of heavy alkylbenzene and by product in producing dodecyl alkylbenzene in ordinary SO 3 film sulfonator was studied. The results show that the SO 3/HAB mole ratio, sulfonation temperature, and mean volume fraction of SO 3 in SO 3/air mixture are important factors affecting sulfonation rate. The neutralization number of sulfonic acid, which is found to relate linealy with sulfonation rate, can be taken as a controlling parameter during sulfonation. By analyzing the composition of unsulfonated product and its dependence on sulfonation technology, the possibility and possible technical means to enhance sulfonation rate were studied. With severe sulfonation(mole ratio of SO 3/HAB is 1.1~1.2),the sulfonation rate could reach as high as 75%, but by reaction is easily taken place. By adding some dilution agent, however, the sulfonation rate could reach about 80% with relatively mild sulfonation.
