斯皮仁诺治疗浅表真菌病152例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的评价口服斯皮仁诺胶囊治疗手足癣、体股癣、花斑癣和念珠菌性龟头炎的疗效和安全性。方法选取152例患者,给予斯皮仁诺口服,200 mg/次,1次/d,共1周,饭后服用。角化型手足癣患者,200 mg/次,2次/d,共7 d。所有患者每周随访1次,共4周。全部病例在治疗结束后查血常规、尿常规和肝功能。结果 4周后,手足癣有效率为88.9%;体股癣有效率为93.8%;花斑癣有效率为95.6%;念珠菌性龟头炎有效率为91.3%;总有效率为92.8%。152例中有3例出现胃肠道反应,治疗结束后不适症状消失,副作用发生率为2%。结论斯皮仁诺治疗浅部真菌病疗效满意。Objective To evaluate the clinical effect and safety of oral Sporanox（itraconazole） on manus and tinea pedis,tinea corporis,tinea versicolor and candida balanitis.Methods All 152 patients were selected and treated with oral Sporanox,200 mg qd for one week.For the patients with keratotic manus and tinea pedis,200 mg Bid for one week was administrated.All patients were followed up weekly for 4 weeks.All cases checked blood,urine and liver function after treatment.Results The effective rate for manus and tinea pedis,tinea corporis,tinea versicolor and candida balanitis after four weeks was 88.9%,93.8%,95.6% and 91.3%,respectively.The total effective rate was 92.8%.The incidence of adverse events was 2%.Conclusion Sporanox have a significant effect in the treatment of superficial mycosis.
