黄芪注射液对老年高血压患者血小板参数及氧化应激指标的影响研究

摘　　要：目的探讨黄芪注射液对老年高血压患者血小板参数及氧化应激指标的影响。方法选取2011年3月-2012年4月于成都市第五人民医院进行治疗的58例老年高血压患者为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组(常规治疗组)和观察组(加用黄芪注射液组)每组各29例,后将两组患者治疗前及治疗后1周、2周的血小板参数及血清NO、NOS、SOD、MDA水平进行比较。结果治疗后1周及2周观察组的PDW、MPV、PLCR及PCT均低于对照组,血清NO、NOS、SOD均高于对照组,MDA均低于对照组,P均<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论黄芪注射液可有效改善老年高血压患者的血小板参数及氧化应激指标,从而实现全面改善患者机体综合状态的目的。Objective To study the influence of Astragalus injection for the platelet parameters and oxidative stress indexes of elderly patients with hypertension.Methods 58 elderly patients with hypertension in our hospital from March 2011 to April 2012 were selected as research object,and they were randomly divided into control group（routine treatment group） and observation group（Astragalus injection group） with 29 cases in each group,then the platelet parameters and serum NO,NOS,SOD,MDA of two groups before and after the treatment at first and second week were compared.Results The PDW,MPV,PLCR and PCT of observation group after the treatment at first and second week were all lower than those of control group,serum NO,NOS and SOD were all higher than those of control group,MDA were lower than those of control group,with all P0.05,there were all significant differences.Conclusion The Astragalus injection can effectively improve the platelet parameters and oxidative stress indexes of elderly patients with hypertension,in order to achieve the goal of improving the comprehensive state of patients.
