基于肺病喘憋(小气道功能障碍)的异病同治疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:评价同一方药对慢性阻塞性肺病稳定期(S-COPD)与支气管哮喘慢性持续期患者的疗效是否有影响。方法:采用多中心、分段随机分组、平行对照(1∶1)、双盲的临床试验研究设计,将272例S-COPD和支气管哮喘慢性持续期患者随机分为西医常规治疗+舒喘方药组和西医常规治疗+中药安慰剂组,疗程6周,治疗前后进行患者主症、体征及生存质量有效率评价。结果:治疗后S-COPD和支气管哮喘慢性持续期西医常规治疗+舒喘方药组患者的主症、体征和生存质量有效率之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:西医常规治疗+舒喘方药治疗方法对S-COPD和支气管哮喘慢性持续期患者的主症、体征和生存质量有效率影响相当。Objective：To evaluate the therapeutic effect of the same prescription on patients with stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease（S-COPD） and bronchial asthma chronicity-persistent period.Methods The clinical test of multicenter,randomized block,parallel control（1∶ 1） and double blind were used to divide 272 patients with S-COPD and bronchial asthma chronicity-persistent period randomly into western medicine conventional treatment plus prescriptions for relieving asthma group and western medicine conventional treatment plus Chinese medicine placebo group for six weeks,and evaluate patients＇ main symptoms,sign and effective rate of quality of life before and after treatment.Results：The difference of the main symptoms,sign and effective rate of quality of life in patients with S-COPD and bronchial asthma chronicity-persistent period in western medicine conventional treatment plus prescriptions for relieving asthma group after the treatment was not significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：Western medicine conventional treatment plus prescriptions for relieving asthma therapies has a considerable influence on the main symptoms,sign and effective rate of quality of life in patients with S-COPD and bronchial asthma chronicity-persistent period,which has realized the goal to treat different diseases with the same therapy.
