摘 要:目的:建立火焰原子吸收光谱法测定川芎药材中的微量元素含量。方法:采用浓硝酸-高氯酸(4:1)混合溶液消解川芎样品,用空气-乙炔火焰原子吸收光谱法测定川芎根茎叶节及须根不同部位中的Fe、Mn、Cu、Zn含量。结果:川芎中根和叶的微量元素含量从高到低为Fe﹥Zn﹥Mn﹥Cu;川芎须根中微量元素的含量从高到低为Fe﹥Zn﹥Cu﹥Mn;川芎节中微量含量从高到低为Fe﹥Mn﹥Zn﹥Cu。含量测定方法的回收率为97.2%~100.2%,其RSD均小于4.2%。结论:本文建立的含量测定方法快速、灵敏,稳定性好,其研究结果可为进一步开发利用川芎资源及质量控制参考。Objective:To set up a flame atomic absorption spectroscopy(FAAS) method with contents of trace elements in Rhizoma Chuanxiong.Method:This paper collected different sources of Rhizoma Chuanxiong,and used a mixed solution of conc.HNO3 and HClO4(4:1) to digest the sample of Rhizoma Chuanxiong.The content of Mn,Fe,Cu,Zn in the sample solution was determined by FAAS,a total of six Rhizoma Chuanxiong samples's trace elements were determined.Result:The content of root and leaf rank from high to low was Fe,Zn,Mn,Cu.The content of ibrous root rank from high to low was Fe,Zn,Cu,Mn.The content of node rank from high to low was Fe,Mn,Zn,Cu.The recovery rate of this method was 97.2%~100.2%.And its RSD was less than 4.2%.Conclusion: The method was of high sensitivity,good stability,for further development of Rhizoma Chuanxiong resources and quality control to provide the reference.
