摘 要:研究了竹颗粒/低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)复合材料的增韧技术,以解决竹颗粒模压制品柔韧性差,运输易碎的问题。采用三因素五水平的二次回归正交旋转组合试验,以热压时间、LDPE用量和偶联剂用量为影响因素,以通过平板热压制得的竹塑复合板弹性模量为试验指标建立二次回归数学模型,分析三因素对试验指标的影响规律和主次顺序;利用非线性优化方法,确定试验参数范围内竹塑复合板具有最佳韧性的工艺参数组合。结果表明,当热压时间为4.90 min,LDPE质量分数为30.63%,偶联剂用量为13 phr时,竹塑复合板的弹性模量为4 274.353 MPa,与优化条件下的试验验证值的相对误差1.07%。To solve the problem of low flexibility and easily broken in transportation of molded products which were made of bamboo particles, method of improving tenacity of bamboo particles/LDPE composite was studied. The quadratic regression orthogonal experimental method with three factors and five levels for each factor was employed. Hot pressing time, the amount of low density polyethylene (LDPE) and the amount of coupling agent were the influence factors. Flat hot pressing way was applied to produce the composite panel, and the panel's MOE was the experimental target. The regression mathematical model was established. The influence rule and contribution of the influence factors on the experimental target were analyzed. Nonlinear optimization method was applied to obtain the optimal combination of technological parameters for bamboo/ plastics composite panel. The result showed that the optimal parameters were as follows: hot pressing time 4.90 min, the amount of LDPE 30. 63% and the amount of coupling agent 13 phr based on the amount of LDPE, and under these conditions, the composite panel' s MOE was 4 274. 353 MPa with the relative error 1.07% when compared with test value under optimized conditions. The results provided a theoretical basis for industrialized production of bamboo/plastics composite flowerpot.
