摘　　要：随着化工、材料行业的发展,新型材料的研发和使用,在设计过程中经常会遇到比较严苛的反应工况,文章就锆英砂项目设计中遇到的高温强酸反应工况下,硫酸尾气回收塔的工艺设计计算和设备结构设计以及材料选择进行讨论。With the development of chemical industry, materials industry, research and development and the use of new materials, in the design process often encounter reaction conditions is harsh, high temperature and strong acid reaction condition this paper encountered zircon sand in project design, calculation and equipment structure design and material selection are discussed in the process design of sulphuric acid tail gas recovery tower.
