摘　　要：“科教兴陕”是陕西振兴的重要前提。具有相对优势的陕西科技和教育实力 ,对于陕西农业、工业、旅游业及新兴产业的发展十分有利 ;但要真正实现经济腾飞 ,赶上世界潮流 。Prospering Shaanxi with Science Technology and Education is an important prerequisite.Shaanxi's relative advantage in science, technology and education is beneficial to the development of its agriculture,industry,tourism and new developing industries. Its advanced science, technology and well developed education are essential to realize its rapid economic rise and to catch up with the world advanced level.
