保护动机理论在糖尿病高危足干预中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨基于保护动机理论的护理干预在糖尿病高危足患者中的应用效果。方法对40例糖尿病高危足患者进行保护动机理论的综合护理干预,在干预前、后对患者的生存质量、自我效能和糖尿病足相关指标进行测评和调查。结果干预后患者自我效能、生存质量评分及糖尿病足相关指标显著优于干预前(均P<0.01)。结论基于保护动机理论的护理干预对糖尿病高危足患者临床疗效有效,并能改善患者的生存质量。Objective To explore the effect of protection motivation theory （PMT） guided nursing intervention for patients at high-risk of diabetic foot. Methods A total of of 40 patients at high-risk of diabetic foot received comprehensive nursing intervention guided by PMT. Patients＇ quality of life, self efficacy, diabetic foot related indicators were measured before and after the intervention. Results After the intervention, patients＇ self efficacy levels and quality of life were significantly higher, and diabetic foot related indicators were less severe, than before the intervention（P〈0.01 for all）. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention based on PMT is effective in patients at high-risk of diabetic foot,and improves their quality of life.
