关于美国输出资本主义民主的对策研究

摘　　要：美国及其国际金融集团在其民主实质改变之前,对中国的态度不会有根本的改变。但随着条件的变化其对中国的态度早已从完全敌对实现了向二重性的转化。当前,在经济上其既想依靠中国经济发展的拉动,解决自己的困难,又妄图遏制中国的发展,阻止中国的强大。在政治上打着"普世价值"的幌子输出资本主义民主,则成为其妄图独霸世界的主要手段和当前国际的大环境,也给中国的安全构成一定的威胁。在此情况下,我们一要认清美国输出资本主义民主的实质,二要采取实际的对策。The attitude of USA and its International Finance Corporation towards China will not change a lot so long as the essence of American democracy remains the same. However, as time goes on, their attitude towards China has long changed from the total hostility to duality. On one hand, they are relying on the development of Chinese economy to help them with their own economic dif- ficulties. On the other, they are afraid of China＇ s growing strength and are thus trying hard to suppress the development of China. Nowadays, they are promoting their capitalist democracy in the name of the so called ＂Universal Value＂, their main way of taking over the world, which has been become a quite influential trend all over the world and has become a threat to China. Therefore, we should, first, have a clear view of their Capitalist Democracy, and second, prepare countermeasures to deal with it.
